Since 2003  Yashi produces meditation and relaxation CDs with the aim to help people to find their inner balance. The original music for all CDs was written by  Christopher Franke.

As a good start we recommend the meditation CD  Light – An Atomic Consciousness or the relaxation CD  Switch Off Your Day - Recover In No Time.

For people with some meditation experience we highly recommend the meditation CD  Now - The Source of Inner Wisdom which is a special kind of meditation that focuses on the ability to concentrate inward.

For children and young adults we have produced a series of CDs.
We recommend the relaxation CD for children ages 5 and up, and their parents
 Relaxation, Balance, Tranquility and Security. This CD, which is great for all children, can also provide support for restless children with concentration disorders or with the diagnosis of  attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
